Cat Mouse Chase ("the app") is published by 372 Studio OÜ ("we", "us"), Estonia. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") together with these Terms of Use. If they conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by the Standard EULA and by law.

1. The app

Cat Mouse Chase is a game for cats, set up by their adult owners. Please supervise your cat while it plays, and protect your device — a case and a stable surface help. We are not responsible for damage to devices or screens during play.

2. Membership subscription

• Membership is an auto-renewable subscription, offered weekly or annually and purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and are localized by Apple.
• The weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial where you are eligible. Eligibility is determined by Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device).
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• To restore a purchase on a new or reinstalled device, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes under the Standard EULA. Don't reverse engineer the app or try to bypass its subscription controls.

4. Intellectual property

The app, its artwork, animations, the Cat Mouse Chase name and logo belong to 372 Studio OÜ and are protected by intellectual property laws. Hunt Moments you capture are yours.

5. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every cat will take an interest. To the extent permitted by law, 372 Studio OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
